Are there any results on time-resolved pholo(electro)-luminescence measurements of Ge quantum dot emission in Si resonators? Or in any resonators?

I tried unsuccessfully to find any articles, where the Purcell enhancement of (Ge QD/Si-resonator) system would be shown from time-resolved experiments. Or any time-resolved measurements where Ge QDs would be incorporated in a silicon resonator.

In my research I am dealing with photonic crystals, whispering gallery mode resonators and Mie resonators. But now I am wondering if there any measurements at all, maybe for a Bragg resonator..

Please, if you know about it, I would be happy to get a reference.
