Are there any restriction enzymes which can cut only single stranded DNA ?

naturally some REs cut single strand dna if it self anneals to form a short double stranded section with the recognition site in it ref http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC321909/ cites many examples but these also cut proper double stranded DNA. I cannot find and example of an RE that only cuts single stranded dna . I await a positive answer with some interest
