Dear sir,

If you have the antibody sequence information, you can proceed to predict the possible secondary structural folding followed by few sequence to structural interpretations (check few in silico 3D-modeling related papers). If everything goes fine, and a substantial homology (3D str.) available for closest taxa with conserved domains you can proceed with homology modeling or protein threading approaches.

I have only the antigenic sequence information. based on this a specific antibody is to be designed and no anti body information is available.

its strictly based on the epitope sequence information.

Please suggest any possibility in this way...

The tools u mentioned are meant for epitope identification and sequence based anti body modelling.

but I am interested to predict an antibody where purely based on the epitope information. I have already epitope sequence and i want to predict a specific antibiody for this epitope.
