I am writing a paper at the moment about a methodology I developed with colleagues for professional development of practioners of any discipline facing the need for transformative scale change in their workplaces. We created a two day conference intensive with a group of 15 - 20 participants. Our program used a form of self determining, "systemic pedagogy", where systems thinking regarding bounded differences and their synthesising dynamics rebounded back into multiple domains and dimensions. In my literature research I am finding it difficult to find texts about this way of desgning pedagogy. and this form of pedagogy as the architecture of interactive adult learning for transformative change. Some refer to sociology beyond the classroom, some to Hellinger's constellations work. Does anyone have any thoughts or references that we can peruse?
