【About Institutions and specific roles】：

Institutions include colleges, companies, research institutes, university colleges, and university research centers

The role of the experts usually is the research leader / technical director / professor/Subject leader/direction leader /academic leader. Specific roles are related to your field of expertise and work experience.

You can work full-time or part-time (online if necessary), and also come to China once or twice in a year，You are free to choose the time to come to China. The institute will pay good salary and government will also provide allowance for the overseas talents. and they'll cover round-trip tickets.

【Part-time】：you will be paid by the day or by the hour, usually about 1000 dollars for two hours, may work 8-10 hours a week（online when necessary），the specific time and salary need to communicate with the specific company, the company may invite you to China 1-2 times a year, once 1-2 weeks, They can cover a round trip ticket for you.

【Full-time】: You need to spend about 2-3 months a year in China, the time can be divided into multiple cumulative, you can come to China in your free time, the time can be negotiated, if you have enough vacation, you don't have to quit your job. Full-time salary: 50,000-100,000 RMB per month(From the institution)

【Full-time incentives and subsidies】：

1】Financial subsidies: including national, provincial, municipal and district level subsidies.

The innovative talent project subsidy is 2-4 million RMB（from government).

The subsidy is spread over three years.

2】House purchase subsidy: The subsidy is 1 million.

3】Other subsidies:

The successful applicants enjoy the benefits of talent green card, pension and medical care, children's priority in school, talent apartment, etc. Foreign talents and their accompanying foreign spouses and minor children may apply for a Foreigner Permanent Residence Permit or a multiple-entry visa with a validity period of 2-5 years. After the assessment of medical treatment, they can enjoy the treatment of medical care personnel, and imported talents and their spouses and children can also participate in various social insurance in China, including basic pension, basic medical treatment, industrial injury insurance, etc. The employment of relatives and spouses shall be properly arranged by the employing unit, and the schooling of children may be coordinated by the relevant departments according to their own wishes.
