I'm looking for some open data sets for testing - e.g. cells or tissues. This looks awesome (http://grand-challenge.org/site/grand-challenges/all_challenges/) but the usage is restricted to compentitions. This (http://vision.ece.ucsb.edu/publications/gelasca_BIOW08.pdf) I cannot really find anywhere. This (http://ome.grc.nia.nih.gov/iicbu2008/) looks best so far, but it would be nice to have some other sources.
