I'm wondering if any academic articles measure "green absorptive capacity" at the individual or team level. I'm hoping to find some related measurements or surveys to use as a reference. Most of the research on absorptive capacity focuses on organizations, looking at "the ability to acquire new knowledge and information, assimilate, transform, and exploit it." However since this capability is built by employees and team members, I'm curious if any researchers have developed scales specifically for individuals or teams, especially in the context of green or sustainability-related studies.
