Recently, I did a little research on Computer Science Journals List, Review Speed, Impact Factors, and Open Access Fee from Elsevier, Springer, and Hindawi. Please find them at the attached links.
Are there any similar lists (e.g., from IEEE, ACM) to add into my repository? Recently, I found this one which is made in 2013,

but it only lists the Impact Factors. Also, the list is not specific only for Computer Science journals.

I compared the Review Speed, Impact Factor, and Open Access Fee from Elsevier, Springer, and Hindawi. The results are as follows:
Average Total Review Speed from received until online (in months):
Elsevier: 7.676
Springer: 2.640
Hindawi: 2.564
Average Impact Factors:
Elsevier: 1.900
Springer: 1.266
Hindawi: 0.319
Open Access Fee:
Elsevier: 2400 USD
Springer: 3000 USD
Hindawai: 877 USD
What is interesting, the difference of average impact between Elsevier and Springer is only 0.766 but Springer is about 5 months faster. If we wanted open access publication in Springer, however, we need to add USD 600 more.
Perfect. A very good study with excellent stats.
Nevertheless, I know some journals in Elsevier whose review process duration is only 5 weeks. The average results do not always give indication about the whole population.

Most of Hindawi's Journal does not have impact factors. For such Journals, the open access publication fee might cost us USD 600 - 800 and some even free. When they do have impact factor, however, they cost USD 2000. I wonder why they charge us (as authors) more, where in fact the authors are the ones that have helped them to get their Journals got the impact factors (smile) ? I think it would be better to provide discount for authors that already publish their work in the Journals (just my two cents).

After that, you can check the speed review on the Journal's page or take some samples from the Journals (usually, at the footnotes or below the title, we can find "This paper is recieved on .... and accepted for publication on ....". You can also check it in my list, actually Image Processing is one of my research area too... so I already included it in the list a posted before.

I updated the Elsevier list with a new column: Acceptance Rate, based on Elsevier Journal Finder results. In my view, there is a correlation between the Impact Factors and Acceptance Rate. As writers, we generally want a good Impact Factors Journal with higher Acceptance Rate. Thus, I make a new column, i.e., Acceptance Rate times Average Impact Factors. Hope this would be helpful.
