Please i am interested in analysing the axon length and branch number of DIV5 cortical neurons. Can anyone recommend a good free semi-automatic or automatic software for doing this? Please,can you also share how you are analysing yours. I have tried AutoneuriteJ and Lusca but did get what i was looking for.
