Yes one can laboratory cum field culture of termites in closed containers with all aerial, humidity, temperature, light and natural diets. Normally 4'X5X8 feet glass cum iron cages can be fabricated with air holes closed with mesh.Now you can use green wood, cellulose sheets, green leaves, plant biomass dry or green for termite feeding. Normally house termites can culture easily but forest termites need larges areas and always need high trees because they do plastering over plant surfaces.
