Yes, H2O2 will have effect of colonization of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. It depends on the concentration of H2O2. At lower concentrations it can help in signal transduction and play critical role in expression of several genes. Above threshold levels it can disrupt cellular metabolism directly or by promoting generation of OH. etc. You may download Sharmila et al. (2009) from our Reserachgate account.
