I have a protocol that requires me to grow large quantities of adenovirus (3 samples of about 300mL apiece). Does anyone know of a container I can use to store this at -80ºC?

I caution you to consider the type of plastic used in a freezer, see link. I suggest using at least low density or high density polyethylene (LDPE or HDPE). I once dropped an expensive preparation in a polypropylene (PP) container as I was removing it from a -20C freezer and the container shattered like glass.
