Hallo Amr. Paramics is good for microsimulation but I wouldn't recommend it for macrosimulation. Check out CUBE. You can download a demo version from their website http://citilabs.com/software/

Try to use TransCAD which is a transportation planning tool powered with GIS.

You can use PTV VISUM. Its quite user friendly and user can easily import GIS shapefiles, databases etc. The company also offers the licensed software for free to students for their thesis work.
