Pull or force is different for different compartments of the train due to the existance of the riction between the wheels of the compartment and rails. Accordingly velocity and acceleration of each compartment of the train will differ. Force or pull is equal to mass and acceleration of each comparment. Since mass is not constnant paramter, as it varies wrt number of the compartment, (for first compartment atttached to engine of the train mass is less, when comapred to the last compartment or mass increases from one end to other end) accordingly acceleration of each compartment will differ. However, brakes are applied, springs attached to the compartment will take care of damping)
