Stephen Hawking believes that study of the possibility of God’s existence is a scientific question. My question is not about the historical question about God’s existence, but about scientific evaluation of an assertion of Christians, Muslims, Jews or other religious people that their religion is revealed to man by an omnipotent, omniscience and omnipresent divine. The questions then arise are:

1. How can we examine (prove or reject) this forceful statement scientifically (not philosophically)?

2. How much historical & statistical study of the evolutionary terms like language, writing, etc do help to answer this question?

3. Which scientific methods are appropriate to reach this goal?

4. How much the systematic study of science and religion e.g. Ian Barbour (1966) , Thomas F. Torrance (1969), Russell et al. (1995, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2008), etc has been progressed to address this fundamental issue?

5. Does religion and science conflict, like evolutionary theory, indicate that religions are human made device?

6. What is the role of church and religion leaders' power? For example some conciliatory public statements on evolutionary theory by Pope John Paul II (1996) present updated interpretations of previous concepts.
