In my view the world is full of real systems which represent one side of a coin .The other side of same coin represents complex systems while reflecting real spectra . As we are human beings we can see only real nature of a system reflecting stable real spectra .

No, Professor Rath, all problems real or complex are multi-dimensional and hence do not represent the sides of coins whether they have two sides or three.
Complexity is itself multi-dimensional and so are spectra whether real or false; Stable or Unstable.

I do not agree with you . Please provide necessary materials in pdf to justify your stand. My rough draft on this topic will be uploaded very soon. Further my simple sugestion to you is that think of a complex oscillator , whose spectrum remains the same as simple harmonic oscillator .
