When exposing bacterial cells (washed, supernatant free) to seeds it stimulate germination and other seedling parameters (out of soil).

It´s known that bacteria release gibberellins, IAA, cytokinins, etc to the culture media. what can happen when they are washed, media free? Any PGPR trait linked to cell wall ? proteins, peptides?

Because I have found works related to ISR, but not exactly to direct plant growth promotion.

Any suggestion??
