You asked about the connections of personality traits and turnover. Are you referring here to the big five or the six model, or are you talking about any personal trait or characteristics. In one of my national project, we have done a study in which we examined the connection between teachers' quality of life and turnover. We compared teachers with intention to leave with teachers with intention to stay in the job. Also, we compared the two groups in relation to their emotional intelligence and self-efficacy beliefs. Hi there, You may study carefully with one of the Personality traits i.e. Neuroticism or emotional stability. If employees are more satisfied with the environment of working organization. They may have good ratios of every personality traits' characteristics.
This is a good question Deena. I will expect that there are some studies in this issue. Definitely, the connection between the two variables will vary across different jobs, locations, contexts, and cultures.
