Are leaders the perfect followers ?
i give example of a young student , who is a perfect follower of teachers , parents, and he is a leader in his community.
second example is an finest actor. He is leader of masses.
As an actor he is a follower of his director.?

An ideal follower's task is further development of a idea. So a leader is an ideal follower because he advances an idea wide-scale.

I believe there is a general misinterpretation of leadership. We often blame the individual for failure and hail the individual for succes. None of these could be more wrong. The perspective we take on this is the capability of control coming from the individual. Hence not having context, social interaction, emotions....etc. into consideration. Are there any leaderless organizations? Yes, sort of: traffic is. We just follow rules - maybe a lot of leaders, since everyone is in control and believe their opinion is the right one. Can we have organization less leaders? No. The presence of a leader is the presence of an organization. The question, I believe, is wrong. You don't follow the leader, you follow the organization. The leader must represent that organization put also understand, that the leadership is nothing but that. This is the problem all leaders meet: being both organization and individual. This is why a lot of people dislike Trump and why his "organization" is doomed to fail at the same time. You can not have a selfish organization - as Trump represent. All organizations needs other organizations in order to be a stable construct. Trump does this by switching sides, changing oppinions, statements...etc. We see this as lying. His followers sees this as: well if it is good for America, do it. The effect of Trumps presidency will be further out than Trump himself. We follow America, not Trump. I wonder how Trump will get along, when there is no more cameras, journalists, important people... . We follow America, not Trump.
No one follows a leader. They follow a concept, an idea, an emotion. Otherwise we could follow people on the street for no reason. Following and idea is what we call meaningfulness. We don't follow the leader, we follow the crowd, the rule, the social norms and values. It is the individual feeling as part of a whole who is the true leader. But no stage plays Shakespeare without actors. Great leaders are humble and thankful. Bad leaders blame themselves for all the fame.

Maybe a lot of us agree that LEADERS are not always perfect followers.
I personally think that, to answer this question " Are leaders the perfect followers?" we need to involve several criteria of the person under study; for example his mental health situation and now we are shortly related to the psychological studies, then we need to explore his behavior in the society.
A father is a leader in his family but a criminal father is a bad example for his children so he is not the perfect follower.
