Both terms mean many different things. While justice means the institutions of law, they do not necessarily involve the righting of wrongs but fixing laws to day to day events. Morality again covers a wide field and is subjective or culturally based. One is not the same as the other.

In English law courts approximately two centuries ago someone could be hung for stealing bread if they were starving, at indeed the direction of a wealthy individual who overate. Poverty makes everyone a victim of justice and morality. Being rich can in fact place you above both.

Although they are different concepts; Ethics, Moral, Law and Justice are closely related conceptions, influencing each other. However, the understanding of these relationships lacks clarity towards their basic differences. Ethics and Law aim to guarantee justice; despite the moral, in some contexts also boast this principle, despite its relation to what is considered fair to be very relative, almost never meeting the referenced by the concept.

John Rawls, justice as fairness, and distributive justice, that talks more of equity, along with egalitarian and utilitarian perspective can serve the purpose of serving underserved population in a better way.

Justice and Moral are interconnected

Unlike morality, which knows only good and bad, law in some respect is interest-oriented in many areas - somebody has advantages, somebody has disadvantages, such as tax law or environmental law.

Dictators do not respect human rights, the latter are replaced by exploitative or oppressive laws. Here stands factual law against moral.

Setting aside the issue already mentioned by Hein Retter and others regarding immoral laws (of which Nazi Germany would be a prime example), laws against many immoral behaviors are not enforceable or would be enforceable only at great financial or social cost, which would make it immoral to enforce them on utilitarian grounds. Even with existing laws, for example, people often argue that the funds spent and resources consumed as a consequence of having made certain activities illegal could be better allocated to social programs.

I think morality is related to individuals while justice are laws related to relatiobships between individuals. For example we can do something immoral but if nobody else is involved or there is no complain about it; justice will not interfere.

The question of how morality and law are connected is worth reflecting on together. Both are normative systems that regulate people's behaviour. Both systems, if I am correctly oriented, reach back to the beginnings of civilization and are originally aspects of a third system, religion. Law is the sum of codified norms of behaviour that apply to the member of an ethnic group, the people, society. Violations against them are sanctioned by the courts. While the majority of legal regulations are anti-legality regulations, the violation of which is severely punished by the ruler or the ruling group, morality is free of such external constraints. Here the inner voice determines right or wrong behaviour. While the practical task of the right is to grant peace in a society where violence, ego addiction and corruption can lead to chaos, morality is much more interested in promoting good behaviour. Originally this always happened in the connection of the individual to a higher power (God), and its instructions. The independence of morality from religion did not occur until the Enlightenment. Morality became independent of the various religions, although the knowledge of good and evil also led in ancient times to independent systems of morality and ethics, independent of religion, for example in ancient Greece.
