Have you got access to multiple sets of identical twins separated after birth? How will you control for all the other variables?

I believe that all human activities including learning are strongly affected by his genetics, this is for one individual so that leads to conclude that there is sure effect of genetic of different persons activities. We are always witness different levels of human features like mental abilities.

I don't agreed with you totally ..
I came across a lot of smart , gift children , but more than 80 % chance that their parents are just a normal person,and some of them don't even have gone through formal education .
But , when I study those top elite students in my school .
30 -40 % of those kids' mother are teacher ,or having formal qualification .
This is my real life observation.

Just because someone is the same age, doesn't mean they have had the same experiences or that a person that is socioeconomically in a lower class have more or less morals, values of some type of culture in their life.
Many times the person themselves makes the decision on what they want to learn, their brain may just be programmed to go into those fields. Does this constitute a look a genetics in learning.
I have tried to be culturally aware and have also tried to make sure my son is as well. It was (thanks be to God) that my grandparents were the ones that instilled the need for culture (music, art, etc.) it was not my parents (they uncultured, rude people). So one can say that genetics did play a small part in my culturally diverse life, but it did not come from my parents, it was greatly influenced by the elder generation of my grandparents (God rest their souls).
