If true, how would a “more intelligent bilingual baby” differ in hiser (his or her) decision making than a monolingual baby?

this is my personal opinion, having two bilingual daughters.
1) true bilingual baby and people do not exist (there is always a mother tongue)
2) according to some studies, pseudo bilingual have an extended lexique (ex; ; toddler doen't exist iin French)
3) if the two languange have not the same status, there is a high risk of specialisation : exemple in France : arab foor domestic conversation and French for more formal situation. I am not sure if iit leads to a good command in French.
