It is observed that Junior or Newer Authors have a tendency to muster the senior or influential or authoritative personalities related to renowned Journals as Author of their research papers in order to expedite the acceptance and publication.
- Do all Authors contribute sincerely according to the proclamations that submitted with the manuscript?
- Is there any scope to justify the individual contributions of the Authors while reviewing?

We all know there is good scope for the first author of an article... But eventually the article is written by second or third....
According to me the journal must give priority to all the authors equally and meaningfully with out any disparity

You are correct. It is also seen that someones request one another to include their names in the publications just merely to increase their number of authorship mutually. But there is no scope to verify these authorship by the reviewing mechanism.
