I am currently doing a research on the possibility to include the Tele-Emergency-Physician in the First-Aid and First Responder Teams in the educational facilities. I am interested if the AED's are mandatory or optional, in educational facilities where you reside? By educational facilities I mean Schools (private or not), High Schools, Colleges and every type of higher education.
The particular reason why I am asking this worldwide scientific community is because in Germany it is optional, and I would like to construct a solid argumentation based on your answers.
