Shall we consider that Shakespeare used the logic of method of contradiction in the last couplet of sonnet 116 to prove true love is Constant?

Yes. Not only the method of contradiction but the inverse, converse, negation, contrapositive and many more mathematical logic can be used in poetry to make it beautiful and lively.

Sir,
I see application of contradiction in the lines
If this be error(Assumes negation) and upon me proved( that negation is to be proved on his life) then I never writ ( then we reach at a conclusion , he has not written anything) not no man ever loved.
This is why I posted the above doubt.
