Dear Yolanda Higueras, 

to evaluate the apathy in patients affected by Parkinson's Disease, you could employ the self-rated version of Apathy Evaluation Scale (which did not consider the possible effect of the severity of motor symptoms) or self-rated version of the Dimensional Apathy Scale which is validated in PD patients. It is possible to use a cut-off score to screen apathetic PD patients both using Apathy Evaluation Scale and Dimensional Apathy Scale. The cut-off score have been found according to clinical diagnostic criteria for apathy. The references of the validation studies are the following:
