Chromic acid is very dangerous and spilling of this acid on floor can be very hazardous for the persons in the laboratory. Also pirhana solution and aqua regia requires large volume of acids which is not always economical. What are the other acid or chemicals we can use for cleaning laboratory glasswares. Chromic acid is a very good cleanser. Is there other non carcinogenic chemicals available which can clean like chromic acid?
