When there is a solid body inside an Eularian domain in an ALE analysis (LS-DYNA), and coupling is defined by constrained lagrange_in_solid. keyword, is there a way to define friction between surrounding fluid and the solid body ?
You can set the friction cofficient in the FRIC field in the CLIS card for normal compressive coupling, DIREC=2 only.
I do not have experiences in LS-DYNA but if you can change your software I can do it in ABAQUS such a perfect way.
