Usually, it is  not so easy to get the location of crimes but you can try some of links below. 

The most useful step you can do is probably to get touch with local authorities directly as did the authors of paper Monitoring Murder Crime in Namibia Using Bayesian Space-Time Models which stated that "The paper makes use of the statistics on the reported cases of murder from 2002–2006 period which were collected from the records of the uniform crime reports (UCRs) in the Department of Crime Information Unit (CIU) of the Namibian Police (NAMPOL)".
