Greetings, what is the criteria for evaluation? Faculty engagement in teaching, research, service, and fit can be assessed, among other tools, by using Dr. Jennifer Livingston instrument (2011). There are also number of tools provided by different accreditation agencies. Perhaps, we should narrow the area of inquiry to specific factors, and then identify what data is available, and what is needed to complete the assessment. I would be interested to know more about your objectives with this inquiry. This is a very interesting question.
