Children with contractures, posture issues, or unable to stand cannot have their height (and subsequently their BMI) measured. There is some evidence that says knee height can be used reliably but need a "formula" to derive stature from knee height.
4x(knee height) or 4x(extreme point of middle finger to elbow,) = Stand height, please don´t forget in your work to put mi name .
In normal childrens you can use BRAZA: mesuremet betwen the extreme point of middle finger in horizontal position = stand height
