The values of material constants c1,c2 ,c3 ,c4,c5,c6 can be determined from bond slip models available in the literature such as Nakaba, savoia, Lu models.....etc (check their papers attached below). Also you can obtain the parameter if you conduct a single shear test with strain gauges and LVDT's and then get the parameters based on shear stress and slip equations depending on strain gauge values.

For Example if you take the bond slip model developed by Lu et al then you can determine the parameter from the model equations.

You can define the contact pairs through contact manager in Ansys APDL. Concerned to material properties we can estimate the constants C1,C2......etc,., if you have the lab test data for that material.
