we can not decide outright that which software is better. It depends on nature of data and research model.

You should read Hair et al., 2006,2010 and 2017 books available on google free, they have clearly mentioned when and which software is better to apply.

I agree with Anwar, it depends on many factors and use.

I use Mplus, the information on the internet and support are really good.

I don't think a book will give an opinion on which software is better, however, very often we find examples in Mplus.
