If the IC 50 corresponds to an extract, you can divide the 0.14 mg / mL of extract per sample density.
For example, if the sample density is 0.78 g / mL, would be:
(Trolox 0.14 mg / mL extract) / (0.98 g extract / mL extract)
Trolox = 0.18 mg / g extract.
