In TEAC(ABTS assay),how can I express my sample in mg trolox/g or umol trolox/g?

Now I get my sample's IC50=0.08mg/ml The IC50 of trolox is 0.14mg/ml Can anyone give me a formulation to calculate my sample is equal to how many mg trolox/g or umol trolox/g?
