Anyone having issues with laminin from Sigma when culturing neural stem/progenitor cells?

Currently observing abnormal morphology and difficulties with attachment

Which laminin do you use? Human (recombinant?) or mouse EHS tumor? Which concentration? We routinely use 10-100ug/mL with good / fast cell attachments (eg PC12, NG108-15). What’s abnormal morphology?
