Kind of method is Colorimetric.

Reaction volume & protocol : 20ul sample+1000 ul reagent A incubation at 37 degree for 1-5 min. then add 250 reagent B, read OD, then incubation at 37 for 2 min and immediately read. and calculate difference of this OD.
