Anyone have experience of data analysis (OD) obtained from Mercodia C-peptide ELISA kit?

I have querry about the data analysis (basically OD) from Mercodia c-peptide ELISA kit. They recommended the linear regression plot between calibrators (standards) and c-peptide concentration; however, i am facing problem in drawing linear regression graph. Looking forward to hear your experiences.

Hi Imran!

I hope that you already found an answer to your question.

In the Directions for Use, the cubic spline regression is suggested as a possible curve fitting model for data evaluation. Other models suitable for ligand binding assay evaluation are the four or five parameter logistic models (4PL or 5PL).
