I am trying to analyze a trend for one of the cardiac procedure over the period of 3 years. I can see the clear reduction in mortality over 3 years. I need a p value for this difference so I can prove that this difference is statistically significant. Can I perform one way ANOVA instead? Cochran test is not giving me my answer as I have more than 2 groups. Thank you.
What type of outcome do you have? Survival? Something continuous? Can you explain more? I understand you need to compare groups? What are those groups?
I am trying to see if the changes over the years are significant. I am comparing TAVR procedure outcomes vs SAVR procedures outcomes. Can I use Cochran trend test?
