My research project involves expression of defensin protein from plants for the study of its antimicrobial activity against human pathogens. Unfortunately, due to an extremely small research budget of our laboratory, we are unable to purchase a plasmid expression vector. Therefore, I was wondering whether anybody would be willing to send me a small sample (3-5 ug) of the expression vector  pET-30 EK/LIC on a filter paper.
