How does the nucleolar proteins/ribosomal proteins find its way to the nucleolus. Like nuclear proteins have NLSs and NESs which are responsible for their import and export in the nucleus respectively. these signal sequences are known to interact with diverse groups of Importins and Exportins. Similarly, several nucleolar proteins have been reported to have nucleolar localization sequence (NoLS), could any one explain what does NoLs interacts with which takes it to nucleolus from the nucleoplasm.

Like other organelles, they are as well guided by leader peptides. Although they are regulatory in nature, they localize to the nucleolus by binding to the core components existing in the nucleolus. However the targets can localize that are not nucleolar reporter proteins to the nucleolus. This is the case, I guess with many bound proteins to them.
It is just like some sediments in the water gushing out and in when the water is poured into a glass. You would find some of them hovering in between which could be the non-nucleolar proteins.
The above binding could be a mere association, now coming to the interactions, they could be possible interactions within the organelle or the proteins again bound extracellular/transmembrane.
