Anybody know if there is any non-toxic mounting media that I could use for doing sperm preparations in an IVF/ICSI lab?

Most of the mounting media found in the market are made of xylene or could have a very toxic effect on live cells when working on an IVF/ICSI laboratory. So, Anybody know if there is any mounting media that I could use for mounting sperm preparations without affecting the other processes performed in the IVF lab?
