I'm trying to measure the toxicity for PD-1/PD-L1 Cascade on some cancer cell lines in vitro before applying the immunotherapy on some mice, but still confused about the mechanism how to apply the drug on the cells? Can PDMCs help in this since PD-1 works on T cells? If you have any suggestions please let me know, thank you so much
Hi Hani! Sorry but the question is not clear for me. What do you mean with "apply the drug"? Usually, any molecule you use is applied directly in the colture medium at the desired concentration. So the first thing you should do is to check if your drug can be directly diluted in aqueous medium (otherwise you should dilute in another medium such as DMSO and then add to colture) and then decide concentration of the drug and timing of treatment.
