I have combed the behavioural economics and corporate governance literature pretty extensively and there seems to be a gap here on the intersection between the two but I'm very interested in hearing from others on key articles, ideas etc. they think might be useful.

if you read German I propose a book chapter of Reinhard Zintl on "Clubs, Clans und Cliquen" (in: Bernd-Thomas Ramb and Manfred Tietzel: " Oekonomische Verhaltenstheorie"; Verlag Vahlen (1993), p. 89-117). In his contribution Zientl looks into the social structural characteristics of certain groups and how different relational aspects might contribute to the production of corporate governance.
