You may look at the webinars (web seminars) from Mathworks website, the ones that give online support for analysis with Matlab. Otherwise you can also look at CED website, who give support to analysis with Spike2 acquisition software. The same can be done for Igor Pro software website, but Im not sure those last two have webinars.

Thanks Marcel! I just opened an account in Mathworks. First I need to learn the basic theories of signal processing, so I was wondering these websites that you suggested are just software manuals or manuals that also cover the basic principals that you should learn?

I found the following work (paper) and some of its references very useful. You can start by using this algorithm that is based on the singular value decompositions of the data sets in your signal processing.
