I noted that older adults have some difficulties on likert-like scale concerning judgments of their behaviour (e.g. the difference between 'sometimes', 'rarely' and similar). In my case, I would like to ask them some questions concerning memory (e.g., Does it happen to you to do not remember where your left your car?)

Is there a way to help them and provide understandable response format?
