For reference, our team is chiefly interested in materials that could be printed using a Form 2 (3D Printer). The only condition for this is that the material be a liquid that solidifies or cross-links when hit with 405 nm light.
Our team has tried Porcelite (porcelain) and Gelatin Methacrylate (UV cured gelatin), as well as multiple other materials that have turned out NOT to be biocompatible as advertised. Any other suggestions would be extremely useful.

There are some materials based on biological substances, crosslinked via photo-reactive groups. The materials that we use (acrylics, silicones with special initiators, ring-opening materials) are not well biocompatible in unreacted state. They react to a high degree of conversion, so that the resulting polymers are well biocompatible. We sell them for 3D-printing of medical devices with long term skin or mucosa contact (class IIa and I).

I suggest a dental Uv-curable materials. This are mostly acrylic and methacrylic esters. The photo initiator is also important due to its migration properties (E.g. Camphorquinone).
