I am trying to isolate the intestinal epithelial cells and lamina propria cells from mouse small intestine.

And the thing is... I've tried several protocols from JOVE(Geem, D., Medina-Contreras, O., Kim, W., Huang, C.S., Denning, T.L. Isolation and Characterization of Dendritic Cells and Macrophages from the Mouse Intestine. (2012)), and from Methods in Molecular Biology 612 (Stephanie L. Sanos and Andreas Diefenbach. Isolation of NK Cells and NK-Like Cells from the Intestinal Lamina Propria. (2010)). But it didn't work out like other studies had, getting both cell populations with high quality. It's either epithelial cells or Lamina propria cells, have the reasonable result...

Is there any method can obtain both cells with high purity and viability?
