I am working on a large data set of T1W images and expecting to do VBM. It seems that most of the images require manual re-orientation compared with TPM prior/template and its time consuming. (one by one)
I am seeking any automatic imaging tool/software which can be used as batch.

The best way is to do that using MATLAB. There are a numbers of syntaxes you may use according to your file format and specific requirements. See these two links:
