Background: Bedload can slide, roll or jump over a rough bed. To obtain the details of bedload sediment entrainment in a flume experimentally, PIV are widely adopted. However, PIV technique suffers from particle overlap shortcomings. If there is a smart ball reporting real-time position actively, we can obtain the trajectory of each sediment particle easily.

Requirement: small balls with sensor inside, which can flow with water and report to computer real-time position (x, y, z coordinates) actively. The diameter should be less than 3 cm and price of each ball had better be lower than 10$.
